Day 19 - Move it!

2 Timothy 4:7
 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.

Today, do at least 10 minutes of cardio exercise to get your heart racing. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Park a long way from the building and power walk to the door. Jump rope or run in place. Just do some cardio today to get your heart racing. Try to do this at least 3 times a week. You are beautiful.


Lord, please give me the strength to go the extra mile. Give me the energy to get up and move. Thank You Lord for Your guidance. Allow the Holy Spirit to speak to me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
